The grey bar is how long the task takes your team today. The coral bar is how long it takes in an AI-native process.

Your team closes tasks in weeks. We teach them to do it in hours.

A 4 or 8 week programme for a firm's business development team. Four tracks: AI-native outreach, LinkedIn social selling, sales, account management. We work on your list, your pipeline and your offers, so the artefacts stay with the team.

01 Symptoms What people arrive with

There is no result because the team cannot keep up.

The people are strong, the plan exists, the market has not changed. The speed of work is stuck in the 2010s, and that is what the quarter's numbers run into.

  • Marketing quotes weeks for a landing page for a new offer, and that is before anything goes wrong
  • The list sits in the CRM for years because nobody knows how to score it and fill in the data quickly
  • Nobody looks systematically at what changed in active accounts over the quarter
  • Every new channel starts from zero because nobody wrote down the last one

A team's quarter: 2 hypotheses tested out of the 12 a team working at pace would get through. The rest stays in the backlog until next quarter.

02 Outcome What changes after the programme

New ways of working the team keeps.

The team gets tools, criteria and written procedures, and with them a different pace. Here is what changes in specific tasks.

A landing page for a new offer waiting in marketing's queue, 2 weeks → hours, by the team itself
The old list in the CRM sits there, too risky to touch → scored, cleaned, in outreach
Active accounts upsell comes up once a year → signal research every month
Testing hypotheses 2 a quarter → up to 12 a quarter
03 Tracks What is inside each one

Four tracks and the modules inside them.

The modules come out of the working task index I use to build GTM systems for clients. Take one track or all four.

01

AI-native outreach

From signal to send. The fastest visible result, which is why most teams take this one first.

04 How it runs Rhythm and artefacts

A session, then practice on your own data.

We agree the rhythm and the number of sessions at the start, around your team size and the tracks you pick.

Start

A read of where you stand

We look at your list, your pipeline, your channels and how the team works today. That shows which track produces the fastest result.

The main part

Session, homework, review

Each session closes one piece of work. Between sessions the team does it on their own data, and at the next one we go through what worked and where they got stuck.

Finish

The artefacts stay with the team

Lead scoring criteria, written down. A working list. Sequences built for your offers. A signal map across active accounts. A written procedure the team runs on afterwards without you.

You keep the recordings of every session. A new person on the team goes through the programme without gathering a group again.

05 Numbers My own quarter

I moved my own work to this pace first.

These are my own results from the last quarter, not an averaged market promise. These are exactly the mechanics we go through on the programme.

$0 of upsell pipeline, found by researching signals across active accounts. A quarter earlier this was close to zero
0 contacts scored and cleaned in two days, alongside everything else
2 → 0 hypotheses tested in a quarter. Same people, same budget
06 Testimonials LinkedIn recommendations

What people who have been through it say.

These are public recommendations from my LinkedIn profile; every one can be opened and checked. They were written in English, so they are left word for word.

A year after the training

«A year ago I took Victor's LinkedIn Social Selling course, and it's still paying off.

No "1000 leads in 21 days" fairy tales. Victor's whole philosophy is the opposite of the get-rich-quick noise: LinkedIn is a cold market that rewards system over charisma. He taught me to lead with curiosity instead of a pitch, to treat content as a strategy rather than random posting, and to remember that posts are just the billboard, conversations are where deals actually get signed.

And it worked. Not in a screenshot-of-my-DMs way, but in the way that actually matters: a year later I'm still using the frameworks, I post with intent instead of into the void, and the right conversations now start on their own. For a founder juggling several companies with zero time to waste, that's the only metric I trust.

As a founder, I didn't need motivation. I needed a repeatable system. That's exactly what Victor delivers clearly, honestly, and without the fluff.

If you own an agency or run B2B sales and you're serious about building real pipeline on LinkedIn, learn from him. Worth every minute.»

Serhii AvetisianCo-founder, Mölnir · June 2026

«Victor Shulga doesn't just teach theory - he gives you the exact playbook.

Victor provided templates I could use immediately - not vague "best practices" I had to figure out myself. He broke down every step of my sales process with customized guidance tailored to my business, rather than generic advice.

Beyond LinkedIn tactics, I walked away with a completely overhauled GTM strategy, including refined offers and ICP. […]»

Yaroslav ZhovnirenkoPartner Ecosystem & B2B Sales · October 2025

«Viktor has a deep understanding of how LinkedIn works - from algorithm logic and personal branding to real, measurable sales outcomes. His course helped me clearly define my Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), structure my lead generation strategy, and transform LinkedIn from a networking tool into a consistent business channel.»

Sergey BabiyCRO, Revenue Growth & GTM · October 2025

«At first, I was a bit skeptical, but after the first couple of lessons I realized it was worth every cent. The course turned out to be incredibly practical and detailed.

He personally reviews every homework assignment and gives clear, valuable feedback. We also got all the metrics, templates, and docs needed to put everything into action.»

Valentyn VivcharykFounder, Versatile Development · October 2025

«It gives a full framework you can use "as is" and get results. It includes all you need: Go-to-Market strategy, Content / Posts ideas, Content Plan, Best practices of Linkedin copywriting, Direct Messaging and Comments strategy, outreach and social selling.

It motivates. My groupmates got results and leads during the course. […]»

Vasyl RyzhkovGTM engineer, Outbound Strategist · October 2025

«We've just wrapped up Victor's course on social selling and honestly, it was one of the best learning experiences we've had on the topic. No fluff, just super practical, actionable insights backed by real experience.

You can tell he practices what he preaches and it works.»

Kateryna SemenistaCEO, Radency · June 2025

07 Format How it works

Up to 5 people, online, recorded.

Group

Up to 5 people

The price is per team, not per person. Above five we agree separately.

Where

Online, recorded

Every session is recorded and stays with you for good.

Length

4 or 8 weeks

Depends on how many tracks you take. We agree the rhythm at the start.

08 Price Per team, not per person

  • A written procedure for new people on the team

One offer test the team never got to run this quarter costs more than any of these packages.

09 Alternatives Hiring, or a Fractional CRO

What else you could do instead of training.

Each option answers a different situation. Here is how I suggest choosing on a call.

Training the team from $2,900 one-time
  • The team you have can do it themselves
  • Results visible in 4 to 8 weeks
  • The knowledge stays with the team, not with one person
  • Works when you have a team but no speed
  • Risk: without the homework it turns into a lecture
Hiring a strong business developer a salary every month
  • One person can do it, the rest of the team cannot
  • Months to find them, then onboarding
  • The knowledge leaves when they do
  • Works when there is nobody to do the work and you need hands
  • Risk: a bad hire costs you half a year
Fractional CRO from $2,900 / mo
  • I run the process with the team every day
  • Results visible from the first weeks
  • The deepest involvement of the three
  • Works when you need someone in it daily
  • Risk: the process rests on me until the team takes it over
10 Who this is not for When not to take it

When not to take it.

  • Nobody on the team owns outreach. Hire first, train after
  • You want a lecture with no homework. Half the work here happens between sessions
  • You cannot show the list and the CRM. Without your data the programme turns into theory
  • The person who decides on changes will not be in the sessions
11 FAQ Questions from calls

The ones people ask first.

We are a team of two. Is it worth it?

Yes. The price is per team, not per person, so two people cost the same as five. The practice runs on your own data, so a small team actually gains: more attention each.

We have done courses before and nothing changed

A course gives you recorded lectures. Here the team works between sessions on your list, your pipeline and your offers, and at the next session we go through what came out of it. You are left with artefacts: lead scoring criteria, a working list, sequences, a signal map.

Who runs the training?

Victor personally. No assistants and no recorded lectures standing in for live sessions. In business development since 2008, with more than 50 sales teams built.

Can we take just one track?

Yes, that is the 4-week package at $2,900. Most teams take AI-native outreach, because it produces the fastest visible result and immediately puts the list you already have back to work.

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes. Every session is online and recorded, so a new person on the team can go through the programme without gathering a group again.

What happens after the programme?

The full package includes a month of support after it ends. After that the team runs on its own or moves into the Fractional CRO format, if you need someone in it daily.

We will look at your team and say which track to take first.

60 minutes. We go through the list, the pipeline and how you work today. If you do not need the training, I will say so.

Or take a look at how the GTM system is built, the system this training slots into.
