This site and the tools connected to it are run by Viktor Shulha, sole proprietor, a fractional CRO. Below: what data is collected, why, and how to have it removed.

What data is collected

What you send yourself. Your name, email and message when you write through the form, book a call or download material.
Anonymised analytics. Pages, referrers, device type. Used to understand which material people actually read.
Technical logs. The host keeps IP addresses and user agents for security and abuse protection.

Why

To answer your enquiry, send the material you asked for, and improve the site. Mailings go out only with separate consent, and any reply to an email unsubscribes you.

Who it is shared with

Nobody — the data is not sold and not passed to third parties for advertising. It is processed by the services the site itself runs on: hosting, email, the booking calendar, the CRM. Each of them processes the data only on instruction and never for its own purposes.

Google Search Console and the tools on seo.victorshulga.com

The subdomain seo.victorshulga.com runs a private SEO tool for the owner's own sites. It connects to Google Search Console over OAuth and reads statistics only for properties the account owner owns.

The scopes used are webmasters.readonly (reading search statistics) and userinfo.email (identifying which account is connected).
Data from the Google APIs is used only to display statistics inside the tool. It is not passed to third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train models.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or with the Disconnect button inside the tool itself.
Use of Google API data complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long it is kept

Correspondence and contacts: for as long as we work together, or until you ask for deletion. Anonymised analytics: up to 26 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion. Write to shoulga.v@gmail.com — you will get an answer within 30 days.

Cookies

The site uses the technical cookies it needs to work, plus anonymised analytics. There are no advertising cookies and no social network trackers.
